TERMS & CONDITIONS: AGREED TO AT TIME OF BOOKING

Our customers are very important to us, and we want you to be completely satisfied with our service, however, we ask that you read over our policies to ensure a smooth process.

• • Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date.
  • Please be SURE to turn sprinklers OFF on the day of installation and keep them off until after pick up.
  • For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display.  Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it.  Please discourage all persons from playing on or around the display.
  • We encourage you to take pictures. However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground, move them, or pull the letters or graphics off their stakes.
  • Please DO NOT MOVE THE SET UP TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION or vandalize them. If you do not like the display gift that was rented for you, please call us and we will remove them.  Please do not throw lawn display items in the garbage, these items are our property and business.  It is best to notify the honoree to not harm the display, as you are still responsible for it.
  • Please protect our inventory from any damage that might be caused due to flying debris from lawnmowers, lawn equipment, pets, etc.  Contact with string trimmers may cause damage as well.
  • If your lawn is to be serviced the day of your event, please be sure it is done BEFORE our installation so that our display is not damaged or stained. This includes both mowing and/or chemical treatments.
  • Displays will be set up mornings the day of the event and removed the same night (during busy seasons installations may take place the night before).
  • The signs that make up your yard greeting are part of our inventory. If any signs are missing or damaged upon pickup, we reserve the right to invoice you.
  • We reserve the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful or that do not fit the celebratory nature of our business.
  • By booking your yard greeting, you acknowledge that ROCK YOUR BLOCK YARDPOPS and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the time of set-up and up until the removal of any rental displays.

We may place small signs in the yard with our company name, phone number, and web address. These signs are unobtrusive and let the neighbors know how to find us to order a display, please do not move or hide them.

REFUND POLICY

• If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive half of your booking rate as a refund or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.
• In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays.  Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, heavy rain, high winds, and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way.  If such, you will receive a full refund (less any delivery fees incurred for attempting installation).
• NO refunds will be given on Custom Orders.
• NO refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.
• NO refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.
• NO refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.
• NO refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.
• NO refunds will be given for circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control.

Every attempt will be made to make you a completely satisfied customer. We want you to be a repeat customer and to tell all your friends about us!

Rock Your Block Yardpops reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.  Policies are subject to change.
